Our inspections are very thorough and include an internal inspection, around the outside perimeter as well as a structural and systems inspection. We can also provide you with 4-Point & Wind Mitigation Inspections. Our home inspectors strive to provide you with the services you deserve. We inspect as though we were looking for ourselves. Kurt, our senior inspector, is Florida licensed and ITC (Infrared Training Center-FLIR) Certified Building Science Thermography Inspector; he holds a "Level 2" certification. Carolyn, has been mentored by and assisting Kurt for over 3 years. Her formal training was completed through American Home Inspectors Training and licensed through the State of Florida. There is currently no governing body for thermography; ITC follows the The Society for NonDestructive Testing (ASNT).
