We have never experienced a home inspection, so this was unknown territory for us.  Having read about home inspections and what to expect (or not expect), we were apprehensive and worried we wouldn't get a good inspection.Right from the start in meeting Kelly, our home inspector, we felt confident that he knew what he was going to do and was already working on the roof and inspecting every inch of it.  We watched him as he went about his work and were impressed with every detail he covered.  After the inspection, he was willing to answer all of our inquiries, because we didn't know what to expect, and was very patient and understanding of our concerns.I would recommend Kelly to anyone having a home inspected because they will get more than their monies worth and more.Thanks Kelly.
