Mr. Bauguss has helped us with several home inspections.   We buy rental property and he is always very detailed and thorough in what he finds wrong with a property.     He takes the time to go over the inspection reports and answers any questions or concerns you may have regarding the report.   I have recommended him to several realtors I know and friend that I know for them to use him as their home inspector.    Mr. Bauguss is very professional and very knowledgeable in his inspection reports.   We will continue to use his services as long as we continue to buy properties.    Thanks Mr. Bauguss for all your hard work and detailed reports you have done for my husband and I.    Sincerely, Kelly Jones
