We are a home inspection company that has been serving Southern California since 2001 averaging over 800 inspections/year. Prior to entering the home inspection arena, our primary inspector/owner was a General Contractor and brought with him the knowledge and experience needed to understand and educate about the current conditions of the major systems and components of a home. Our inspections are thorough and the written report is emailed following the inspection complete with color photos and a summary section for easy review. We welcome the attendance of the client (Home Buyer) and the Agent during the inspection where we will walk them through the home at the conclusion of the inspection to point out anything noticed that should be of interest or concern and answer any questions they have. We keep up to date with continuing education and enjoy showing and teaching others about their property with confidence. We enjoy maintaining positive relationships with Real Estate Agents and home buyers alike and look forward to serving our community the best that we can.
