We hired Steve from the internet, checking his reviews first, which were very good.From the start he was impressive. Always communicative, helpful, efficient and professional.The house had a lot of defects, some of which we were aware, but more importantly Steve found some hidden problems which could have led to a dangerous outcome if neglected. As promised he delivered the report inside of 24 hours.We highly recommend Steve to any prospective house buyer. It is well worth the small cost of the inspection.Thank you Steve

I recenyly had a home inspection in W.Bloomfield and we were referred to Steve (Emes Home Inspection) through our Real Estate agent.  Steve was on time and vey polite and professional, and inspected the house thoroughly and gave an accurate report.  Not only did he do a good job of inspecting the house, he pointed out the all the positive and negatives and turned in the report within a reasonable time and that was at the end of the day.after the inspection.  I would recommend him to anyone needing an inspection fo their prospective home.
