     .It was a pleasure to have had such a great inspector for this home.  Kevin was their before the actual starting time. He introduced himself to my wife and I,  with a firm hand shake and a positive attitude. Explaining the procedures that he was going to do step by step...This was great because at a previous home that we were looking at to purchase. Kevin decided to stop the inspection halfway through... The inspection findings were showing this house had many, many problems. Well done Kevin.  Keep up the good work.  You will be recommended too others by my wife and I.. God Bless

McLafferty Property inspections impressed me from the very beginning. Kevin Was early for the inspection and very thorough. He called me not long after his arrival to see if I had any specific concerns or questions in regards to the property. He knew I was a first time home buyer and very intimidated by the whole process. He walked me through all of the points of his inspection and let me ask as many questions as I wanted. He went back and triple checked areas of concern just so I wouldn't have any doubt in mind about what I was considering walking in to. Kevin made it a point to explain some terms to me as I am not a professional in the construction/contractor world and would have been a little lost. I never had an opportunity to feel intimidated by the process because I felt that he was looking at this home and explaining the issues as though he was looking at it for his mother or sister. I'm a single mom and this is my first home, he really made me feel like he was a pert of my family looking out for me before such an important decision in my life. Kevin was early, he worked fast and efficiently. Not only was he on the phone communicating with me through some of his time there, he called me directly after to confirm the findings. I had the full official report to provide my agent and lenders within 2 hours of the inspection ending. I cant imagine a more seamless and comfortable process. I'm so happy I decided to use McClafferty property inspections for this next step in my life.

I'm very pleased with Kevin Mclafferty doing my home inspection, he is very Professional and through with the inspection. Je contacted me by phone and went over all his findings. He also send me a copy of the inspection report and photos of all the areas that needed attention/Repaired. I highly recommend Kevin to all home buyers to have Kevin do their home inspection.David L Harlan

It was a pleasure having Kevin with Mclafferty Inspections to conduct the inspection of the home I am buying. With his through inspection I feel comfortable to know the home I'm buying will be safe. Kevin sent me detailed information on the inspection he performed.
