I was very happy that Affordable had quick availability for us.  Irene at Affordable was very quick and efficient getting us scheduled and getting documents signed.  Jerry and Chris were on time to our appointment.  They explained to me the home's problems they found, and were very patient in making sure I understood everything that they found.  They took many photos of the various features.  We received a thorough and detailed inspection report from them the next day.  They listed the main issues at the beginning of the report and that has been very helpful. I am very grateful to have had them be our inspectors.  Thank you guys!

Jack was outstanding.  He walked me through every room and patiently explained even the tiniest area in which I might encounter expenses upon taking ownership.  Both my wife and I came away feeling comfortable that we knew what we were getting into, both good and questionable, with our home purchase.  We weren't overcharged and were even advised to not spend money on a test that was inapplicable at the current time

We received a thorough inspection and report that allows us to decide on our purchase with eyes wide open.  Jack took more than the allotted time to crawl in the attic and crawl space,  satisfactorily answering our many questions.

Recently I had a home purchase inspection by Affordable Inspections (Affordable Home and Building Inspections).  The inspector was Jerry T.  I came to the home to observe during the inspections, however I was delayed about 30 minutes due to a long drive and poor weather conditions.  By the time I got there, Jerry had already compiled a significant amount of inspection results, including photos, which he immediately began to review with me.  Next he walked me through the house and showed me each of the concerns he had recorded and explained about the significance of each item.  Jerry was very personable, friendly and open to discussing and approaching the inspection in a way that made me fell very comfortable.  For items identified as problems, he explained about how those things were typically addressed/fixed and about building code, so that I could understand the difference between the current condition and how things needed to be changed to bring the house items to building code requirements.  Long story short, in a very brief time, I had a very clear idea about the significant issues found during the inspection.  I received a formal report in PDF format, later that same day via email.  The report was detailed, clear and included photos, which was perfect for my decision making as related to addressing my home inspection in regards to the real estate purchase process.  I am very happy

My wife and I were very pleased with the excellent professional and courteous service given to us at our inspection by Bryant Decker.  It was a great experience for us.
