Our tentative new home was thoroughly inspected and details were revealed that allowed me to have the seller correct them prior to closing.  The roof needed to be replaced and the Radon level was 300% over acceptable levels.  Thanks to Affordable in going over this house and in showing us the good, and the bad.

Jack was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and concerns. The report was more than I could have asked for. Everyone I speak to on the phone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great job everyone and THANKS!!!

Affordable Home and Building Inspections was referred to my husband and I by our broker.  We had an amazing experience from the very first phone call.  We had emailed several inspection companies to get quotes and AHABI were the only ones to reply in a timely manner.  They were thorough with their explanation of the inspection process and the tests they would be running.  Chris was our inspector and helped us understand the ins and outs of not only the process but of the home we were buying.  We had our inspection report the same day and could not be happier with the service.  We would recommend AHABI to our family and friends.
